Cathy Lauderbaugh, M.A., CCC-SLP
Cathy Lauderbaugh received her master's degree in Speech-language Pathology from CU Boulder in Colorado. She has worked as a speech therapist in early intervention (infants and toddlers), family coaching and counseling, preschools, and school-age settings. Her practice includes feeding support for infants, toddlers, and young children—with training from the SOS Approach to Feeding. She enjoys forming partnerships with families, and developing therapy strategies that value input from caregivers and support children in their everyday lives. She is passionate about supporting family dynamics and helping children find internal motivation to learn. She believes movement and play make learning joyful, meaningful, and more effective. Cathy is also an avid equestrian, with many years of experience teaching riding, including maintaining status as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) from PATH Intl, and training horses across multiple disciplines. She is thrilled to be able to support children's therapy goals in equine-assisted environments, and through the use of equine movement as a treatment tool (Hippotherapy).
Completion of SOS Approach to Feeding, as well as additional specialized training in feeding challenges; member of the International Association for Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing.
AHCB Certification in Using Equine Movement and Completion of AHA (American Hippotherapy Association) Level 1 and Level 2 Hippotherapy Courses
Experience working with a variety of communication needs; including Apraxia of Speech, with Recognition on ApraxiaKids.org, DTTC-trained, & PROMPT trained
Trainings in Breath Support, Postural Control, and Body Mechanics, including courses with Mary Massery, PT.
Cassandra Jimena-Baud, M.A., CCC-SLP
Cassandra received her master’s in Speech-language Pathology from the University of Colorado at Boulder; she has experience working in family-coaching and early intervention, as well as in the public school system. She uses her knowledge of the school system to support school-readiness skills while balancing the needs of the family. Cassandra is fluent in Spanish, and as a bilingual, bicultural therapist, she is sensitive to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse clients. Her practice is motivated by the relationships and trust she builds with her clients and their families.

Autumn Muckenhirn, M.A., CCC-SLP
Autumn received her bachelor’s in human development and Family Sciences from North Dakota State University and her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has worked with children and adults in many varied environments, including nature-based settings, schools, hospitals, in families’ homes and community locations. Autumn’s diverse professional experiences have contributed to her passion for family-centered and team-based approaches; she plans treatment goals through a multi-disciplinary lens that considers the whole child and family.
When she is not working with clients, Autumn enjoys traveling extensively, spending time in the mountains with her partner and chocolate lab, beekeeping, skydiving, and working with horses. Her travel experiences and affinity for the outdoors have further strengthened her desire to build strong connections with people of all cultures, and help her clients learn new skills by connecting with nature and horses.

Ali Davidson, M.S., CCC-SLP
Ali received her Master’s of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from New York University, and has worked with children from infancy through high-school. She joined Creative Strategies after moving from New York back to Colorado where she was born and raised. She is thrilled about the opportunity to support children and their families in the Boulder community so they can thrive academically and socially.
